Do I need to be home during tree removal or stump grinding?
No, as long as we have access to the site and your cars are moved from the work area, you do not need to be present.
Can I get a quote by submitting pictures online?
We don’t provide quotes based on photos alone, but we’re happy to offer a free on-site consultation within 48 hours of your request. This way, we can make sure you get the most accurate quote possible.
How deep do you grind stumps?
We typically grind 12–24 inches deep, well beyond the industry standard of 6–12 inches, to fully eliminate roots and prep the area for future use.
Do I need to call 811 before grinding or digging?
Yes. Before any ground work, it’s your responsibility to contact Dig Alert (811) and mark septic tank and drain field locations. This ensures the area is safe and ready for us to do the work.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, card, ACH transfers, and offer payment plans for larger jobs.
What happens to the tree once it’s removed?
We chip all debris. We can either haul it away or leave it on-site for use as mulch—your choice.
Do I need to mark my trees before you arrive?
No, we will mark the trees for you!
